All products listed on our store, including kurtis and other apparel, are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

We currently accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 days and delivered within 4-7 days inside India for ready-to-dispatch items. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Return and Refund 

If an item arrives damaged, we will refund it, provided an unboxing video is shared as proof, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details.

All content on this site, including images, product designs, logos, and text, is the property of NIVA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

NIVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
